In this daily message, Pastor Ratna Maitra emphasizes the freedom given through Jesus Christ as written in Galatians 5:1. Believers are called to stand fast in liberty and not become entangled again in the yoke of bondage or legalistic traditions. She explains that true salvation requires a transformed heart and walking daily in the Holy Spirit rather than relying on external rituals or returning to past sinful habits. Through Christ's sacrifice, believers receive strength, peace, healing, and the ability to produce spiritual fruit that impacts society positively.

Key Truths

  • Christ has set believers free, and they must stand firm without returning to bondage.
  • True circumcision is of the heart through repentance and the Holy Spirit rather than physical rituals.
  • Walking in the Spirit empowers believers to overcome fleshly desires and bear good spiritual fruit.
  • Salvation offers divine peace, strength, and complete restoration through Jesus Christ.

Apply It Today

Reflect on any old habits or reliance on external rituals that hinder your faith, and ask the Holy Spirit to guide your daily actions with a renewed heart.

Reflect

Are there areas in your life where you have allowed past bondages to return instead of walking fully in the freedom of Christ?

Prayer

Lord Jesus, thank You for setting us free from the yoke of sin and bondage. Grant us the grace to walk in Your Holy Spirit daily, bearing fruits of righteousness and bringing glory to Your holy name. Amen.
